Clay Therapy and counselling
I invite you to explore your inner world through the creative process of working with clay. Offered in my Burnaby studio as part of my counselling practice, they are not about technique or making a perfect piece, but about slowing down, connecting to yourself, and allowing your hands to lead the way.
Clay becomes a gentle mirror for emotions, sensations, and inner experiences. Within an Expressive Arts Therapy framework, we use simple, intuitive clay work — shaping, pressing, or sculpting — to support emotional awareness, release tension, and discover new perspectives.
Clay therapy sessions may be helpful for people experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or feeling stuck. No previous clay or art experience is needed.
Sessions can be booked individually and may be covered under Registered Therapeutic Counselling or Art Therapy services, depending on your insurance provider.
